How are services delivered?

We deliver services through a network of licensed clinical providers, life balance service consultants, and professional corporate trainers. Clinical counseling takes place in the privacy of the provider’s office in close proximity to the work or home location of the plan member. Our life balance resources and referrals are delivered through a combination of phone, email and person-to-person consultations. Trainings are delivered either onsite or via webinars, as requested by the employer group.

What about Concern’s provider network?

Our provider network consists of highly skilled, seasoned, licensed clinicians who deliver short-term, problem-focused counseling. We seek providers with a minimum of five years of post-licensure (LCSW, PhD, MFT) experience.

Our providers have a broad range of emotional wellbeing skills and clinical specializations to meet our plan members’ needs. These specializations include substance and alcohol abuse, crisis support, counseling in languages other than English, and many other skills that address a broad range of issues.

Concern's counselors live and work in the same communities as our plan members. This ensures optimal working knowledge of available and appropriate resources that are an important part of helping people solve their personal problems.
